These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 577u platform and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between 577u ("we", "us") and you ("user", "member").

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on the 577u platform, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered as your acceptance of the new Terms.

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on the 577u platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must register voluntarily and of your own judgment.
• All information provided must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• One person may operate only one account.
• Opening an account for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to our support team immediately.

2.3 Account Suspension or Termination

577u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms
• On suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• In the case of operating multiple accounts
• In the event of providing false information
• In the case of bonus abuse

3.1 Deposit Terms

Deposited funds must come only from the account holder's own payment source. Deposits made using third-party payment methods or accounts are prohibited. 577u reserves the right to verify any suspicious transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that your account's identity verification (KYC) is complete. If the applicable bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

577u offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager 10 times the combined amount of the bonus and deposit before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period.
• A member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• 577u reserves the right to cancel a bonus on suspicion of bonus abuse.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

577u's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

5.1 VIP Terms

• VIP tier benefits may change and 577u reserves the right to amend them with prior notice.
• Members who breach the Terms may have their VIP benefits withdrawn immediately.
• Cashback is paid once per week and may also be subject to applicable wagering conditions.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Prohibited Activities

7.1 Sports Betting

577u offers betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup and IPL), football, kabaddi and other popular sports. 577u's decision is final in determining the outcome of bets.

7.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the related bets will be voided and the staked amount will be returned to the member's account.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a server outage or technical issue, 577u may decide to refund the staked amount or restart the game after a proper investigation.

7.4 Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit may be set for each game or event. 577u reserves the right to change the bet limit for any member.

8.1 Self-Control Tools

Members can manage their own gaming activity. Contact the support team regarding setting deposit limits, taking a temporary break, or suspending your account.

8.2 Protection of Minors

9.1 Filing a Complaint

9.2 Finality of Decisions

577u management's decision shall be considered final on matters relating to game outcomes, technical issues, or bonuses. Members are expected to show patience and cooperation during the investigation process.

9.3 Good Faith Cooperation

Both parties must cooperate in good faith when resolving disputes. Providing false or misleading information may result in the complaint being rejected.

10.1 Service Availability

577u strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. In such cases, 577u does not accept liability for any compensation.

10.2 Third-Party Game Providers

577u offers games from Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and other reputable game providers. The respective provider is responsible for the technical performance of these games.

10.3 Changes to Terms

577u reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified through their account or via a notice on the platform.

10.4 Partial Invalidity

If any part of these Terms is deemed legally invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
